Thank you Boracay Uptown for a worthwhile stay!

Service crew are polite and friendly. Noise level is close to quiet with spacious rooms. Cleanliness is really observed in the hotel. Indoor pool amenities is a plus! Value for money is absolute with location that is considerable right in the heart of boracay.

Worth the stay

Boracay Uptown is absolute value for money and completely worth our stay with my sisters! The location is just right on the White Beach that puts you right in the middle of everything, specially DMall, super convenient to step out with the nearest fastfood chain like Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking and many more.
The services are good, and every single crew member is remarkably hospitable and accommodating. From smooth check-in with the cold na pa-towel to cool us down from the heat, to friendly greetings every time you walk by. Their warm services makes you feel genuinely welcome throughout your entire trip.

Great Location, excellent service and a beautiful beachfront setting.

our overall experience at Uptown Boracay was EXCELLENT! We had a hassle free transfer, which made our arrival and departure smooth and convenient.
The location is great and very accessible, with the hotel conveniently situated right in front of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Boracay shoreline anytime.
The receptionist and staff were all friendly, accommodating and very helpful throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, we had a-great night’s sleep. We also enjoyed having 2 swimming pools available for guests who prefer to relax and swim at the hotel.
definitely a place we would love to stay at again!

The bathrrom have molds. We were provided with 2 overly used bath towels. There were no washcloths, hand cloths, and laundry bags. I tried to borrow a flat iron to prepare our clothes for dinner. Unfortunately, they wouldn't allow guests to use it but charges an ironing fee instead.
Saving grace of the hotel would be Ryan, who is part of the transport team, and the lady who was wearing a white shirt at the front desk. Both of them are true to their jobs and provided utmost hospitality to the guests.
