Had a wonderful experience staying here. Excellent location, amenities, rooms, value, staff. One of the housekeeping staff on my floor - DAREN - was always so helpful. Thank you Daren!

Guest experience

Edmark at the Front Office was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely welcoming, professional, polite, and approachable throughout my stay. From the very beginning, his warm smile and positive attitude made a fantastic first impression. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. What really stood out to me was his genuine willingness to help. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience, and he handled every interaction with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
I would also like to give a very special thank you to Ronnie, the Restaurant Manager. His hospitality and professionalism were truly impressive. Ronnie was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and he made the dining experience feel personal and enjoyable. He clearly takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure guests are happy.

The staff is the highlight of this hotel in the city of smiles!

Exceptional service by the friendly, helpful, & efficient staff here at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod. The spirit of the “city of smiles” is alive in this hotel. I’d like to particularly mention housekeeping team member Ruby who was so helpful& hard working. In the hotel restaurant, Leah, Aya, Hazel, Vince, & Dandy are working so well in harmony together & treating each guest as someone special to host, as if offering them a home cooked meal. I worked on a big hotel restaurant in California during high school & college, so I know what I’m talking about. With a team like this, someone in management must be doing something right with the hiring & training process! Bravo to this place!

impulsive one-day bacolod backpacking trip

fast and efficient, definitely a pleasant stay overall. we tried everything the hotel has to offer, the only downside is that we only stayed for one day before moving on to the next destination. will definitely come back :)
