The room was clean, spacious and more importantly quiet. The spare bed for the extra guest was a bit on the hard side and not as comfortable, but that's a minor point.
The information on the booking site actually had false and incorrect information about free parking. When I enquired with the hotel to double check, they were completely unaware of it.
To the hotel staff's credit, they provided us with free parking for the duration of our stay because of the inconvenience. Really great customer service.
The room also had beach views which was great. The inclusion of the water park tickets are also a great bonus of staying here. The park is literally next door and it great for couple and families with something for everyone.

Great hotel

I liked it all. There were lots of places in Estonia. The hotel is cool, clean, catering super: watermelons, pineapples, salmon, ice cream, meat and poultry and fish, side dishes and salads, sweet. For breakfast, delicious omelet, falafel, bacon, sausages, pancakes. Water park bomb. Slides, baths, Jacuzzi. Three days flew by like a fairy tale. Thank you.

Full On Experience, Great for Families

Clean, professional, lots to do, nice priced spa, super access to water park, PurPur was a surprisingly excellent restaurant. Morning buffet was ample and delicious. Nice views.
Air con didn't work and charging for parking is odd.

Penny-pinching and greed of what seems to be a large hotel.

Bought a package through a reselling company, for myself and two kids.
After an online check-in I was contacted by a sales representative, who informed me that I should pay for the second child's dinner, as the package included dinner for two grown-ups (which is obviously more expensive than the kids one). Price for adults 24, kids 14. Basically that would be 48 for 2 adults, and 52 for 1 adult and 2 kids, which seems ridiculous for the huge hotel to demand of a customer, when the package costs 250 for 1 night stay. Besides that, they wanted me to pay 14 euros, the full dinner for the kid. And the problem is not in 14 euros, the problem is in the approach and the penny-pinching and greed of what seems to be a large hotel.
At first I thought they wanted to charge me for extra bed and the whole conversation was really far from being customer oriented or close to that.
The hotel seems to have poor level of service and is absolutely not worth 4 stars they have. Decided to cancel the booking and go for a better hotel.

Unprofessional. Indifference. Hair for breakfast.

Staff don't speak English. Floats in information. Gives the wrong information. Breakfast. There's a lot of food but nothing. The food is tacky. Somewhere you can even see the fruit and vegetables are windy, like they were last night. In the fish, smoked salmon had two hairs which ruined the appetite completely. The room could have been cleaner. The cot for the baby barely holds and is very uncomfortable. The baby asked us to sleep. And he complained that his back hurt on the cot. We won't be there anymore. Especially after breakfast...
