Clean and nice apartment close to everything. short walk to the beach. apartment has its own cozy balcony.

Pastoraat Cafe, Prather with Bob W — great food, but extremely disappointing and misleading breakfast pricing.
The food itself was genuinely good, but the way the “breakfast included” arrangement works left us feeling completely misled.
Nowhere during the booking process was it made clear that “breakfast included” actually meant an allowance of up to €12 per person. We only found this out when we came for breakfast on the first morning. That is not what most people reasonably understand by the words “breakfast included”, especially when breakfast was something I specifically paid extra for when booking the room.
To make matters worse, the breakfast menu seems designed in a way that makes exceeding that €12 allowance almost unavoidable. For example, fried eggs cost around €10 — but want bacon with them? That’s another €4 per person. Drinks are not included either. Seriously, breakfast without coffee, tea, or juice? No, thank you.
So despite having already paid extra for “breakfast included”, every single morning I still ended up paying approximately €28 extra for our family.
And we were not ordering some huge, extravagant breakfast. The “extras” were basically coffee for me and my wife, juice for the kids, bacon with the fried eggs, and a small muffin. That’s it.
Calling this “breakfast included” is, in my opinion, extremely misleading. If what is actually included is simply a €12 breakfast credit per person, then it should be advertised clearly as exactly that before

Bad experience
Rude customer service; basically blaming the customer for their IT system error instead of apologizing (we have not received the room access code by the check-in time so we went for dinner with our kids while waiting).
Then we asked for granting couple of hours of late check-out to gain back the lost/ paid time but it did not happen, instead they were blaming us that why I did not wait longer for human contact instead of talking to their pretty useless AI chatbot...
Even though we checked in with passport number, name, etc. on the previous day online, this had to be repeated again (I guess some bug in their system).
The apartment number 29 is missing from the door (the other apartments do have big numbers on the doors) and the parking place 29 is really hidden, the number is not really visible and there was even another car parking.
Moreover, the open space apartment is good enough for 2 people only because our kids were sleeping in the sofa bed where the light comes in due to missing curtains in the kitchen part of the open living room.
There was no AC in the flat so the temparature was 29 Celsius inside…
The balcony was ugly, no proper floor, neither view but it looked like some industrial premise type.

Avoid This Property — Dirty Toilet, Bad Odor, no AC and No Effective Support
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I genuinely do not understand how Bob W Pärnu has such a high rating.
At check-in, the apartment had a strong unpleasant odor, and there was visible brown, fecal-like residue on the toilet. This was the apartment’s only bathroom. The condition immediately made me question whether the unit had been properly cleaned before our arrival.
I reported the issue immediately and asked for cleaning. I was told that nobody could clean it until the following day. I asked to move to another apartment, but they said they were fully booked. I even asked for appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies so I could clean the toilet myself, but no suitable supplies were provided.
Communication was also extremely poor. Some initial responses were sent in Arabic even though I was communicating in English, so I had to translate the messages myself while trying to resolve an urgent cleanliness problem.
We spent approximately three hours trying to find a workable solution. The property provided no same-day cleaning, no replacement apartment, and no appropriate cleaning supplies. We ultimately had to leave, book another hotel, and pay for replacement accommodation. We did not stay overnight.
The property later acknowledged in writing that the toilet may not have been cleaned to the highest standard and that there may have been an odor, but still refused a full refund and offered only partial compensation.
This was a premium-priced reservation, yet the cleanliness, communication, and customer service were far below even basic expectations. The online rating and presentation did not reflect the experience we received. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing another property.

The room itself was quite fine, but the customer experience was sub-par. Checkin was pushed for days in advance, and extra services were sold aggressively (even if not available). Also, the customer support is based on bots, and extremely unhelpful.
