Charming, quiet, comfortable-can't wait to go back

My family stayed here for two days to be in the area where my father grew up. The hostess was friendly and helpful, letting us in a little early and setting out a wonderful breakfast for us both days. Aidahotell means barn hotel, referring to an earlier use, I guess. The rooms were sparkling and comfortable. The dining room includes a charming sitting room. Spectacular coffee machine, btw. At the end of the road is a large dining hall and tavern called Musta Täku Tall with a handicraft store on the second floor. A Coop store is across the street Musta Täku Tall.
The setting is beautiful, lots of open land with walking trails. There are benches along the shore of the pond where a swan family was swimming. My son ran the trail between Nelijärve Puhkekeskus four kilometers away and Jäneda. The large brick manor house has a library and a small museum. Apparently, the British writer H. G. Wells spent time here visiting a baroness or somebody.
I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who was running things - she was so sweet and friendly and put up with our broken Estonian. This is an ideal place to spend a quiet few days and I look forward to returning here.
