Room was clean. Not the best, not the worst place to stay in Guaranda. Customer service needs to be improved. I only stayed one night, for that, it served very well. Will book again if needed. my rate 6.5/10

Lugar muy comodo amplio.

Exelente lugar, fuí por primera vez, y me pareció un lugar muy cómodo, limpio y amplio para todo tipo de personas que deseen visitar, es fisicamente muy cómodo, la piscina es bastante amplia para poder hacer natación

El dueno del hostal canceló nuestra reserva y fue grosero. Nos arruinó el viaje.
