Amazing
We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and very clean, the food was delicious, and everything was well organized but what really made our holiday special was the incredible staff.
Everyone was so polite, kind, helpful and always fun. A huge thank you especially made us feel so welcome and looked after! ❤️
And the biggest shout-out to the ANIMATION TEAM - Youseff, Flair, Abdo ,Ahmed , Mahmoud ! You guys are absolutely amazing funny, energetic, friendly, kind and always making sure everyone is having a great time. You didn’t just entertain us, you made our holiday unforgettable!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Guest Service and Below-Average Quality
Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to genuinely care about its guests. The overall attitude makes you feel more like an unwanted problem than a valued guest.
There are flies everywhere, particularly around the dining areas, and it is difficult to get rid of them, which significantly affects the overall comfort and hygiene.
The selection of alcoholic beverages is also disappointing, consisting mainly of low-quality local spirits, with very limited or no European options available.
The food is average and does not meet the standard we expected from a hotel of this category.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly due to the poor guest service, lack of attention to guests’ needs, and the quality of the food and beverages.

Great holiday
The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, our favorite bartender by the pool is Mahomed, the aesthetics of the hotel make a huge impression on us ❤️

Review
Hotel in general is very good, rooms are as in photos, food is good but could be better but breakfasts are the best. All of the service is kind, animators are good and speak in many languages but sometimes they are late for their programmes.

Great Stay with Excellent Service & Entertainment
Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, a nice swimming pool, and a wide variety of delicious food. Special thanks to the animation team for their great energy, entertainment, and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again!
