This hotel is the most beautiful site in Cairo! Luxury and confortable, unforgettable! Mohamed nabil is very kind and Mr. Sabry keep our luggage very safe and the plus is their smile!

I'm coming from Saudi Arabia on vacation and honestly we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Thank you to all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Saber El Nahas from the laundry department, Mr. Sherif Shaaban from reception, Ms. Reham, and Mr. Abdel Hamid from reception.
Ms. Abeer from the Internal Supervision Department is the epitome of respect and courtesy, as are Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman from the Internal Supervision Department and Mr. Peter from Reception.
The place is comfortable and quiet, and the cleanliness is 10/10. It's worth noting that the place is open, and all the staff are friendly and qualified to work in a five-star hotel.
Ms. Abeer from the Internal Supervision Department is the epitome of respect and courtesy, as are Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman from the Internal Supervision Department and Mr. Peter from Reception.

Ahmed adel is the sweetest employee! Brought us drinks and made us feel very welcome.
Very nice hotel and restaurant. The staff are super sweet and help you with everything. Fresh food, fruit both Egyptian and Western food.

An unforgettable service experience in Egypt – Kariem Salah is exceptional
My partner and I have been on vacation in Egypt since June 13. We traveled along the Nile River on a dahabiya, visited incredible temples, and experienced many beautiful moments throughout the country. But when we arrived in Cairo, at Park Resort Cairo, we found something truly special: the service of Kariem Salah at Il Duomo Bar.
Without a doubt, Kariem has been the best host and bartender we have met in all of Egypt. His kindness, warmth, sweetness, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to excellent service made us feel completely at home, like family.
From the very first moment, he welcomed us with authentic warmth. He made us feel cared for, happy, and truly welcome. He even shared one of his personal cigars with us, a gesture that showed his generosity and the very human way he connects with his guests.
Honestly, we do not want to leave the bar because spending time with Kariem has become one of the best parts of our stay in Cairo.
This is truly 5-star service. We have stayed at internationally recognized places, including Xcaret in Mexico, and Kariem’s attention and hospitality are simply incomparable.
