Awful

I generally don't like leaving bad reviews for small businesses but I rely on reviews when booking, as do many others. I booked this hotel via booking.com. The pictures are not real. It is advertised as 4 star, probably not even 2. We arrived to a dirty location with wires hanging everywhere and told there was a problem with the room so we would have to be taken to Pyramid Hills hotel. They had only message me that day to ask if I needed airport transfer (Uber is much cheaper) and said nothing at about the room. The other hotel was just as awful. Holes through the walls to outside, broken bed slats, water leaking from the sink, broken shower head. I was travelling with children. In the night the staff banged on the door and woke the kids to ask when our checkout day was! We left the next day and booked somewhere else. I disputed via booking.com but the hotel denied it.
