Excellent stay in every sense of the word,

Excellent stay in every sense of the word, a hotel worth over 100%. I thank Chef Omar for the quality and excellence of the food, and the reception team for their good treatment, attention and professionalism. Great experience and I highly recommend it.

If you can, run away!!!

A total disaster from which only Mohamed, the guy at the reception during the night, is saved. I am not going to go on for long because it is not worth it, simply indicate what we have encountered: a hotel under construction; an elevator that does not work or they cut off at their whim; floors full of dust and full of rubble that you walk through because the elevator does not work; electrical panels exposed; a ghost restaurant...it does not exist; breakfasts that are not served and when they have, it was with a delay; staff that does not show up; continuous lack of basic hygiene products such as gel, towels, toilet paper (the latter they even ran out of and had to replace it with paper wipes); old, stained sheets that are so small they do not cover the double bed; broken towel rack; shower designed by your worst enemy that lets water out all over the bathroom; lack of cleaning in the bathrooms and rooms; etc, etc, etc. By the way, the location provided by Google Maps is wrong, so even the taxi drivers themselves have difficulty finding it. Anyway, if you make the same mistake we did and book it, don't let yourself be softened by what seems like the staff's good intentions, because except for the person mentioned, Mohamed, the rest is just a facade and completely fake... run away as fast as you can, at least until it is completely finished and the management improves.

To avoid

I travel for work and holidays, but this hotel was an unrivalled discovery, do not trust the photos of the hotel and rooms, the staff is very friendly but not at all professional.
No food on site but offers takeaways from a restaurant to tourist that must be part of the same group I think.except breakfast which is simple but hearty, for fine mouths abstain.
The room, beautiful from afar but beautiful, clean very medium, the pinnacle was the bathroom with water coming out of the shower passing under the marginlle to end up at the foot of the toilet with an evacuation apparently planned for this purpose (see my photos).
Still, positive point anyway, the rooftop with the view of the pyramids.
I strongly advise against it.

Run away!

What to say... Reality and photos/services
Nothing to see except the view and breakfast which is certainly plentiful but not qualitative
- dirty hotel
- work on 2 floors
-bad bedding
- dirty room
- bathroom limit unhealthy
-no restaurant
-no bar
- no parking
- no cash dispenser
Brief staff very young and very friendly. Not really competent but at least they're here!

Review

It's a good location and better vlaue for money.. Atmosphere is pretty good.. Rooms is clean and have a wide space.. Good value.. There's a great chilling and low noise level.. Service is good.. And nice amenities.
