Quaint hotel with simple, nice rooms. My room had a big window with good daylight. The school across the street can be noisy, but managable with closed window and AC. Nice staff and cozy lobby with enough space to work. Good amenities. Pleaae note, wifi is only available in lobby.

Avoid this hotel
Terrible experience – I do not recommend this hotel at all.
We booked what was advertised as a luxury family apartment for EGP 2,500 per night. I transferred the full amount for the first night, but the hotel refused to send a booking confirmation, claiming that no one from the management was available. They only sent the confirmation after I told them I wanted to cancel, even though we had already travelled for 8 hours.
When we arrived, the apartment was empty, yet they refused to let us check in at 9:00 a.m. and told us to call again at 1:00 p.m. We were forced to book another hotel just to have somewhere to rest. When we contacted them again at 5:00 p.m. and asked why they had never called us, their response was simply, "We forgot." We finally received the apartment around 5:30 p.m., so most of our first day was wasted.
Once inside, we found one problem after another. The bathroom door would not open properly, the bathroom flooded because of poor drainage, the washing machine was broken, and the side of the refrigerator was damaged, so we were afraid to use it. The wardrobe contained bedding that looked like it had not been washed for a very long time.
The worst part was the huge cockroaches. We found large cockroaches inside the apartment, including one that came out from under the bed. We spent the entire night chasing cockroaches and did not sleep for a single minute because we felt disgusted and unsafe.
The hotel's location was also very difficult to find. We spent more than an hour in a taxi searching for it, and even some local people in Alexandria did not know where it was.
After paying for two more nights, we asked to cancel the rest of our stay, but the hotel completely refused to refund us. They only offered to move us to another apartment, but we had already lost all trust in the property. After we showed them photos and videos proving the condition of the apartment, they finally refunded the remaining nights, despite previously insisting that their policy did not allow any refunds.
Our holiday was completely ruined because of this experience, and we decided to return home early.
This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
احنا كنا حاجزين كأسرة شقة المفروض فندقية فاخرة ٢٥٠٠ في الليلة حولت اول ليلة بالكامل ومكانوش راضيين يبعتولي تأكيد الحجز بحجة عدم تواجد حد من الإدارة ومابعتوش غير لما قولتلهم الغوا الحجز بعد سفر ٨ ساعات والشفقة فاضية رفضوا يسلموهالنا الساعة ٩ وقالولنا ممكن نتصل الساعة ١ اضطرينا نحجز في فندق تاني عشان ننام لغاية مايسلمونا ولما روحنا لهم الساعة ٥ قولنا لهم ليه مااتصلتوش بينا قالوا نسينا بمنتهي اللا مبالاة استلمنا الشقة حوالي الساعة ٥ ونص لقينا البلاغة مقفولة مابتفتحش نهائي والمية غرقت الحمام قولنا نحط الغسيل نغسله لقينا الغسالة بايظة واخدناه تقيل بميته جينا نفتح التلاجة كان جنب منها مكسور فخوفنا نفتحها تتكسر فمشربناش والدولاب فيه فرش بقاله سنة مااتغسلش فيه صراصير ضخمة جدا وتحت السرير طلعلنا صرصار كبير جدا وقضينا الليلة في مطاردة الصراصير والاشمئزاز ومانمناش ولا ثانية خوفنا ننزل مانعرفش نرجع لأننا فضلنا نلف بالتاكسي اكتر من ساعة لأن الفندق مغمور وأهل اسكندرية نفسهم مش عارفين المكان نفسه بعد ما دفعنا تمن مد ليلتين روحنا نلغي رفضوا تماما يرجعوا الفلوس وعرضوا يغيروا الشقة رفضنا لأننا فقدنا الثقة تماما فيهم ولما وريتلهم الصور والفيديوهات طبعا خافوا من الفضايح وردوا تمن الليلتين بالرغم أنهم قالوا إن سياستهم عدم رد اي مبلغ وضاعت اجازتنا في رايح جاي وقررنا نرجع بلدنا وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل في المسئولين عن الفندق دا كان اسوأ فندق نزلت فيه ولا انصح اي حد ينزل فيه نهائي

We stayed at a studio in a building nearby, not where the hotel rooms are. The studio is roomy, well equipped, with a refrigerator and electric kettle, but unfortunately, there is no microwave oven.

The room is clean, the location is perfect. You can do a lot off things around. The service is very bad, not like hotel they take 50 pounds for 1 spoon Nescafé, they don’t clean up the room etc. if you need no service good sta there
