What you see is what you get

This is a reasonably priced Motel situated along the old main road 180, and conveniently near the E45 motorway.
There’s nothing fancy about the motel, and the rooms are very basic indeed. The bathroom and its fittings appeared to be from the 70s. The mattress on the bed had seen better days and the pillow was completely worn out and not as clean as one could wish.
It is possible to have your evening meal at the Motel, however, there’s only “Today’s dish” which during my stay was some slices of overcooked beef meat and some vegetables. The breakfast was typically Danish.

Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing

I stayed at Motel Europa due to an emergency after my car broke down. Check-in was smooth and the room was basic but fine. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. When I asked for a painkiller because of a severe headache, I was told coldly to go to a pharmacy (it was Sunday and I had no car). The next day they refused to extend my stay even a few hours despite the motel being empty, and wouldn’t even let me sit in the lobby unless I paid for another night. I understand rules, but in an emergency I expected at least some understanding. Sadly, the lack of basic kindness makes me unable to recommend this place.

Cozy motel close to Svenstrup J and Aalborg

Super cozy motel that is family-run. Located close to Aalborg. 5 km from Svenstrup J.
Close to the motorway. Up in the woods.
They're always cute and nice when we come. There is nice garden and terrace. It's super cheap with the day's dish, beer/wine and accommodation. Can definitely be recommended. We will definitely come back

Friendly and nice staff, warm service. Place is very serene. Absolutely suitable to recharge after a long drive. Beautiful garden and surroundings. In the evening, must be careful of mosquitoes though....there are swarms and they are big.
