I do not recommend

The hotel service was shocking bad. We had booked a room with balcony, the room was in the basement. We had dogs with us, the customer service representative threatened to call the police when the dogs barked. The dogs were well behaved. We didn`t stay hotel because the service was bad.

Room with possibility of having a dog with

Having a dog and therefore we stayed in their hotel room, which is intended for owners with dog.
The room was far too expensive for condition. 1.350 kr. for 1 day for double room including dog.
The room doesn’t seem like it’s been renovated since the 1980s, which is fine enough if the price took it into account. We will find another place next time we get to Sønderborg with a dog.

Pets allowed but not welcome, rude owner

They set us up in a room in the basement next to the laundry room. The room was damp and gave off a strong musty smell. We were traveling with our little dog, they say pets allowed but it denotes that they are not welcome. We also paid a high amount, as well as a high surcharge for the dog to be confined in half a s mold and moisture. Rude and unempathic owner definitely not a dog lover. I do not recommend to those traveling with animals, accept them only for profit, this is evident because there are few hotels in the area. The worst of all our tour of Denmark, we changed 7 and also the most expensive (more than 4 stars) with also the highest surcharge for the dog! To sleep all in a moldy room!

The horror hotel where it is nasty and disgusting host

Poor worn-out dirty and smelly basement rooms with beds that are falling apart and dirty bedding, ugly and disgusting host.
Stay away.
