Delicious food and tour of the wine cellar

Nordsminde inn is highly recommended. My husband and I enjoy the stay with fantastic delicious food which was nice and tasteful cooked. Many thanks to Rejner for a fantastic tour and story in your exciting wine cellar.
Nice staff and lovely rooms.
We will definitely come back

Room ok, service non-existent

The service was very difficult. Endless wait times at the front desk. There was no toilet paper in the room; despite reporting it to the front desk, the toilet paper was not replenished. The room was clean but very mismatched in terms of decor, and the furniture had sharp metal edges and the bed had protruding, outward-curving legs, so you could easily get hurt, especially since the walkway past the bed was very narrow.

Nice and cozy inn in lovely surroundings

Absolutely a wonderful stay is just over. From I saw the place, the first very friendly staff met at the reception, to check out again the day after a completely unmatched experience.. This is not the last time I visit this old but very charming and cosy inn in Odder.

Worth a visit

A great place with a lot of charm and beautiful nature. Very nice staff, clean and nice in the room and fantastic breakfast. Was there with my dog only for one night, but would like to travel there again.

Unfriendly receptionist and completely impossible room

We were excited at the inn, it should have been a lovely gourmet trip. But what ak! By the arrival half three in the afternoon our room was not ready, and the message was that there could not be chicked in until 15:00 without exception. It was cold and not very nice . Later at 15:00 we had requested a room in the main building at full price almost 1500 kr for one night stay, and was assigned a room in the annex with fjordkik, located in the most remote corner next to the laundry room. The room was so worn that even the Red Cross would not accept a blanket as dirty and worn as the one that met us when we opened the door to it. And the single picture in the room hanged twisted on a according nail on the wall it was so to speak a depressing experience. I then went down to the reception and asked nice if it wasn’t a mistake as it wasn’t even matched with the pictures shown from what we had ordered. But the receptionist just put her hands in the side as she was going to fight and announced that it was absolutely not a mistake and that I could get a room with views of the backyard if it was of interest. But I don’t even think about what it would have become if we had to eat there. So the end of that experience was that we checked out the inn and searched for a hotel with a more friendly and welcoming staff. So good location or not, but there we will never get back.it will be 0 stars away.

Tak for din anmeldelse. Vi er naturligvis kede af at høre, at dit ophold ikke levede op til dine forventninger.
Vi må dog korrigere enkelte af de oplysninger, der fremgår af din anmeldelse. Det værelse, I fik tildelt, var ikke et andet værelse end det, der var bestilt. Vores anneks er ikke samme værelse som I havde bestilt ej heller fået. Vi forsøger altid at imødekomme ønsker om bestemte placeringer eller værelsestyper, men det afhænger naturligvis af tilgængeligheden på dagen. Og enkelte Vi har naturligvis ikke sendt en regning for hverken værelset eller den kaffe I fik i vores restaurant, mens I ventede check-in, som vi den dag havde klar til jer før kl. 15.00.
Ved ankomst er vores normale indtjekningstid kl. 15.00, da vi skal sikre, at alle værelser er grundigt klargjort til vores gæster. Vi beklager, hvis ventetiden har været en skuffelse, men dette er en fast procedure, som skal sikre den bedst mulige oplevelse.
Vi er også kede af, at værelset ikke levede op til jeres oplevelse af komfort og stemning. Vi tager altid gerne imod konkrete bemærkninger under opholdet, så vi har mulighed for at undersøge og afhjælpe eventuelle forhold med det samme.
Vi er stolte af vores kro, vores omgivelser og den gæsteoplevelse, vi hver dag arbejder for at skabe, både på værelserne, i restauranterne og i mødet med vores gæster. Derfor beklager vi oprigtigt, at jeres besøg ikke blev den gourmetoplevelse, I havde håbet på.
