Great location. The hotel was ok. The room was clean, but so small.
There were very loud noises from the cleaning lady around 7:30AM that woke me up. She was cleaning 2 rooms next to mine in very early hours and she did it too loudly.

Definitely not worth the price, good location but dirty and noisy

Overall I’d say definitely not worth the price. Brilliant location and nice lobby area but negatives definitely outweigh positives. I requested early check in upon arrival and was told my room wasn’t ready which was fine as it was before 3pm, but was told I could pay a fee for a room upgrade which would be ready immediately so I paid £23 for this. The room was exactly the same as what I’d originally booked so clearly not an upgrade.
Room had a double bed but only one small square pillow and a single duvet. Bed was comfy but mattress topper and sheet slipped around a lot.
Room in general wasn’t the cleanest to be honest, carpet definitely hadn’t been vacuumed as there were finger/toe nails on the floor. Also found a used nicotine pouch in the sheets and there were greasy marks on the headboard which were clearly from someone leaning their head on it which hadn’t been cleaned off. Seemed really noisy, constant buzzing/tapping noise all day and night.
To say I paid around £214 for this room is a bit of a rip off to be honest. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room was unexpectedly small especially for two people. Great location. Luggage storage is not complementary like other hotels I’ve stayed. There are paid lockers. Large locker (40 DKK for 1 hour, 70 DKK/4hrs, and 100 DKK/12 hrs) that is large enough for 2 bags.

Very clean. Small room but ok for one person with a small suitcase. Nice shower easy to control. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. My room was quite a long walk from reception.

Booked this hotel mainly based on it's location. Very close to metro station, Nyhavn and so many other places of interests within walking distance which is perfect for 3 days stay.
The rooms are rather small, no fridge, no kettle. It was quiet and we were able to sleep really well.
Found the 2nd duvet and pillow in the underbed drawer.
We were let in 1 hour before check in time, that was very nice.
