Had a relaxed stay in a family studio - had everything we needed for a nice break, it was clean and the daily housekeeping was.discretely done.
In spite of being near the entrance to the level barely noticed the neighbouring guests coming and going.
Late flights meant even later arrival, but the phone was answered on the second ring and guidance from night porter was easy to follow.
The staff were friendly and available if needed, but unobtrusive.
The street is calm and safe the surrounding neighbourhood had some interesting shops and bakeries, and with the metro a short walk from one end of the road and the harbour swimming spot at the other end of the road - plus a short walk to.the city centre - i can't think of a better place to return to next time I'm in copenhagen

The location is good. It's easy to walk to the centre. It's ok if you can't afford a better option. Tiny rooms, no free WiFi, no access to communal area, no access to boiling water. Our room was quite noisy in the morning.There is no atmosphere and the pictureson the website makes it look better than it actually is. My advice would be to spend a bit more and get a better hotel.

It was really dirty and u can hear people conversations in the next door. Toilet awful. Shower awful. Not recommended.

The studio apartment was very dark and totally NOT as the pictures in the hotels-app. There was only 1 key and we were 3 adults, so it was very difficult to plan our day. The apartment didn't get cleaned in the 2-3 days we stayed there.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend
This hotel advertises free parking, but what they don’t tell you is that there are only four parking spaces shared between all hotel guests. Unsurprisingly, they were always occupied, making the “free parking” claim practically meaningless.
The rooms are extremely small and unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy, with both the toilet and shower clearly not cleaned properly.
The hotel was also incredibly noisy throughout our stay, and getting any help from the reception staff was frustrating. They seemed far more interested in talking on the phone than assisting guests.
Our experience was so poor that we decided to leave after just one night, even though we had already paid for two nights. We rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was far below what we expected, and we cannot recommend this hotel.
