Really clean room and bathroom/shower room. As noted there are shared bathroom and shower room - kept very clean throughout my stay.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Had a wonderful stay.

When we arrived 1 hour before check in the receptionist (a danish man with blonde-ish hair) was unwelcoming and refused to store our luggage for that hour before we had access to our reserved room. We were forced to carry all our baggage to find a place to eat lunch close by and then return to carry all the luggage up 3 stairs of the building. This impacted our initial experience of the hotel negatively.
Breakfast was great, a classic scandinavian/Danish style. Don't chose this hotel if you cannot carry your luggage up a lot of stairs. Our two room was separated on different floors which felt weird and inconsiderate.
However, the man working the night shift as well as the personel the next day both in charge of the breakfast and in the reception we're so very kind and helpful with questions and we therefore give the overall experience a 4/5.

Basic 2 stars hotel with many many rooms, don’t expect luxury. That is said, rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. There is no lift. Receptionists were helpful despite a bit cold.
If the price is good, I will come again.

Perfect location

The ventilation in the rooms is too poor. We lived on the top floor and had only a very small fan.
Perfect location with few minutes to the main railway.

Tak for din feedback og for at bo hos os. Det glæder os, at beliggenheden passede godt til jeres planer.
Vi er kede af, at oplevelsen med ventilationen ikke levede op til forventningerne. Om sommeren har vi ventilatorer på alle værelser, og receptionen hjælper gerne med en ekstra, hvis det ønskes. Vi har ikke aircondition, og vejret kan vi desværre ikke styre.
Vi håber at byde jer velkommen igen en anden gang.

Good location, comfortable room but this one had no washroom. Using a shared washroom/shower can be a bit annoying especially in the morning when more people are using them. The breakfast could have been better for the price of the room, it was very basic. The rooms don't seem to be soundproofed. Also, no elevator. If you want to leave your luggage for a few hours, they charge you for that. They charge for coffee as well as they hame a machine in the common area.
