Ottimo appartamento
Camera molto grande, ben arredata e completa, design d'arte moderna Molto ben riscaldato ( fino Troppo) Posizionato vicino al porto ed a mezzi pubblici, in breve si raggiunge il centro, ! Buono per qualità/prezzo. Pulizia discreta !

Never again!
We stayed 2 nights in the beginning of November 2018 för holidays, 2 adults and 3 children.
The apartment was dirty and we complained to the man who gave us the key. He said that he would clean it but when we came back the carpet and the soffa were only cleaned with vaccum cleaner but not carefully. The carpet, the doors, the windows, the soffa, the furniture, the toilet, the kitchen, the curtains vere all dirty. Even the wall and the wardrobes were dirty. We cleaned ourselves the bathroom and the kitchen before we use them.
There was only one towel for everyone and when we asked for one more we were told that they offer only one towel for the body and that we could use kitchen papper for our face!
In addition there was no sound insulation, it was coming much noise from the nearly apartment.
I think that the apartment is very expensive for the service they offer.

Suburban Apartment Near Copenhagen
The cottage is spacious and perfect for family of five (small children.) Walking around the neighborhood in suburban Copenhagen is touristic in itself for our family.
The garden is perfect for running around for kids, although the cottage does not look like traditional Danish cottage. It looks more like shady warehouse from the outside, but the inside is cozy and properly maintained.
The wifi connection is great, the kitchen facilities, including utensils and cleaning chemicals are more than sufficient.
The seating area is big enough and comfortable.
The common bathroom is downstairs far from the bedrooms.
The beds and pillows are comfortable.
The stairs are squeaky and noisy and the partition between the family rooms are not sound proof, we can actually hear conversations from the adjacent family room. Definitely do not book the apartment if it's important to have a good night sleep.
Although the description of the location is 8.8 kilometers from the centre of Copenhagen, we found the location far from it. With three kids in tow, we always walk more than 20 minutes frm the apartment to the nearest train station, Danshøj , which is two stations away from the Central.
The location is also difficult to find the first time. It's not close to the train station at all.
The price we got from Booking.com is reasonable, however, there is a 250DKK cleaning charge.
The owner/ staff does not live in the apartment, so advanced information on the timing of arrive (30 minutes) is required. During our second day, there was an alarm early morning (5pm!) at the adjacent apartment which was only attended to after 8pm! It was not a pleasant way to wake up after a full day of exploring Copenhagen.
The apartment also accepts cash only! No card but they do accept Euros.
Overall, it was an okay stay, and we booked way advanced so we got a great deal.

Прекрасная цена для Копенгагена
Всем добрый день в поисках жилье в Копенгагене я исходил из цены и что я могу получить взамен для семьи. Копенгаген дорогой город и это факт .через бикинг нашёл эти апартаменты было не много информации и отзывы скажем так не лучшие но я рискнул и не жалею .на участке 2 дома дома поделены на секции для проживание в котором все есть для проживания .я взял апартаменты номер 2 .с двумя этажами.Если пытаться сравнить по звездности то тут 2 звезды.мебель икея часть мебели старая .но все работает. Хорошие кровати .Местоположение идеальное .10 минут до пешком до эликтрички. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рядом есть кафе магазины и супермаркет.Хочу заметить что это самые бюджетные апартаменты в Копенгагене и я остался довольный так как они стоят своих денег.

Bestiller et ophold på 4 nætter, hvilket jeg får en bekræftelse på med det samme. I hæver det fulde beløb 3 dage inden opholdets start.
Jeg kontakter jer forgæves en halv time inden ankomst og løbende efter ankomst angående pinkode til lejlighed (et tidspunkt der er aftalt fra start, indenfor jeres åbningstid).
Det bruger jeg godt og vel en times tid på, med familien godt trætte efter en lang tur fra Århus, for derefter at booke et nyt ophold på en anden lokation i byen (med tilhørende bøvl og omkostninger).
Jeg bruger sammenlagt over 2 timer i telefonisk korrespondance med booking.com's kundeservice, både på dagen og efter opholdet er slut, for at sikre mig at jeg får en refusion for den handel hvis forpligtelser unægteligt er brudt fra jeres side.
Ikke én gang har i kontaktet mig vedr. jeres fejl, eller taget intitativ til kompensation eller lign.
Det er simpelthen noget af det ringeste jeg har oplevet længe.
