We were greeted by a super nice staff all the way around. This made us have nothing but good to say about the place.

We had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Juelsminde beach. A super lovely place. And we will definitely come back. We said good-bye with hugs and a good-bye.

Tired hotel .....

Even the shower at the “Kopenhagen Bathroom” is so tired that water can hardly come out....
This is probably the only place in DK where you pay extra for having views of a net parking lot and the city's busiest crossroads. In addition, you get a playground with noise and trouble where the city’s youth hangs out in the evening.
In addition, the room is extremely warm in the summer and there is no air conditioning - with an open window you wake up by road noise at 6 a.m.
The hotel calls it sea view - it was there 20 years ago - but like everything else in this place, you have forgotten to keep up with time. The room is inadequately cleaned and there is no cleaning when you are here for several days.
In the restaurant it is pure lottery....One day we are met by a talented young man who even though he has been busy exhibiting profit and kindness.
The next day it is a stressful serving - where stress goes out over the guests.
The food itself is ok - but no jubilation - I think there was 50g of beef on the plate so you should not be too hungry. The breakfast lacks bacon, eggs, Nutella and here you should rather clean the table yourself!
At departure we cannot get printed the bill out - the computer is tired too - we pay a sum and are promised that the specification will be subsequently sent - we are still waiting for that....

The hotel is an average experience. The food was pretty good. Breakfast very disappointing......

A hotel with good service

Just stayed at this hotel. A cosy hotel located close to the center. Very friendly staff. V i was at a party at the hotel, and both the food, serving and covering were super fine. We also stayed at the hotel. Room was fine, but could well have used a glass, instead of cardboard mugs. Beds were fine. Unfortunately we had problems with the radiator the first night that noisyly noisy, so no sleep. Staff apologized many times and we got another room for night two. When we had to settle, we got the first night canceled on the bill because I had taken a video recording of the noise that was really awful. So thanks to the Hotel for good service

Room and bed were small and bathroom very tiny. Whole little bathroom went wet after taking a shower.
It is good for solotravelers that need a basic room.
Breakfast was good with several breads and nice cheese and the chocolate to put on your bread.
The carpark was not lighted so risk to fall on uneven surface and hard to de-ice the car.
The reception closes early so there is basically only an hour from checkin time until the reception closes. But they place the key in an envelop.
In summary, a good option if you travel alone and only need a bed and breakfast.
