Unfriendly but beautiful decor

On arrival the gentleman at reception wasn't friendly. We waited to check in and weren't given any information re the bar or restaurant. You need to ask questions. The rooms are beautiful and beds very comfortable. The lift broke and no offer was made for accessible options. The breakfast is the same very day and if you are vegetarian or vegan then it is bread and jam with two slices of grapefruit. Some of the staff are helpful but generally it feels as if you are intruding in their space.

Five stars❤️

We were two couples who participated in a really good arrangement with wine tasting of Bourgogne wines and 3 dishes dinner.
It was really a good experience.
The breakfast the next day was also a lovely pleasure and there was serving at the table of the sweetest young women.
We will definitely come back.

Amazing us over the not a little more friendly and service-minded

Unengaged unhappy staff for a family lunch.
They do not ask until you want to order more, do not inform the children if they can use the table tennis table or otherwise.
The food was fine, same lunch menu as in 2025. A little more info about the place and what else you can.
