Decent stay in Copenhagen

We stayed in this hotel for a night in our Scandinavia tour. Hotel location was ok and rooms were smaller than usual. Lifts were a little inconveniently placed but it was manageable. The break fast spread was decent. Not t many choices for vegetarians though, but we managed. This is a popular chain of hotels across Scandinavia and we did come across higher end hotels. Wifi was little patchy in the room. There was no kettle in our room. The lobby was spacious. Ok for a night stay

Do not let them put you in a room on the 2nd floor. The windows don’t open, the air is stale and their air circulation system doesn’t work.
I was slowly losing my mind until I got moved to the 8th floor.

It was a nice hotel but it was a little further away from city center than I thought. I did a lot of walking. I guess you can’t enjoy the city as much in a ride share

Great stay

Great breakfast, nice room with a comfortable bed. Cleaning could have been better, a lot of dust on the floor and walls.
Excellent location, we will come back

Well, this is one of the most disappointing hotels I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many hotels.
First, the reception: I arrived at the hotel at 14:30. Most hotels have check-in at 15:00, but this one is at 16:00. Usually, they simply tell you that your room is not ready, but she was at least honest and asked me to pay around €30 for early check-in. I had to take it because I wasn’t feeling well. She also gave me zero information about the hotel facilities.
The room: one of the most basic rooms you can find in a hotel. No desk!!! So, if you are in Copenhagen for work, be prepared to work from your bed! The room was also missing glasses, cups, tea, coffee, and even the floor towel for the bathroom. I went to reception in the evening after noticing this, and they sent me some coffee, tea, and a kettle.
This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, and I paid approximately €310 per night!!! It is way too expensive for what you get. The rooms are outdated and dark, and overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.
I will never stay here again, even though I really like the location.
