The Adventure at Nygaard Livsnyteri, formerly Hotel Nygaard

Idyllic little family hotel in Læsø outside Fredrikshavn. I just happened to go to Læsø and found this lovely family hotel that is being run by a family that took over just a month ago. Nice rooms with kitchen and bathroom, lovely conciliation council and cosy areas to bolt on. Drink coffee both in the fireplace and out in the sun. Walked down to the water that you should also be able to swim in during 2026 ♥️ We look forward, for this island we will visit again. Great good lawn where we took a few rounds with Boccia, which you can borrow at the reception.
Thank you very much, I would love to stay here longer, so book 2-3 nights so you can explore the island and the area properly

Good food and service

Thank you for a lovely stay Mads. We will definitely come back another time. The rooms are really cozy, however two minuses, the beds slide apart if you don't care, and the toilet is somewhat low. Maden er superb. The service is simply top.

Nice stay with special food.

Was on a 2-day stay bought as Deal. The food was excellent and the rooms were fine. Hotel Nygaard is a good starting point for trips around the island.
The stay lived fully up to the expectations. The food was excellent. The place can definitely be recommended.

Nice stay on Læsø. Definitely worth a visit.

Great stay with good friends. The host Mads has created a super stay with delicious food & wine, in cozy surroundings. The buildings could use a little care in some places, but nothing that has ruined a great weekend on Læsø. We can only recommend a visit to Nygaard.
