Beautiful pension

We really enjoyed our stay there. The pension was very cozy and clean. The owner was very nice too so we really have nothing to complain about. I also have to say the price was very good and I didn't expect to be that comfortable for the amount of money we paid.

Be careful!!! Mold, ancient and simple equipment, electrical installation damaged, common room unheated

- Mold on all windows
- defective kettle, beware: electrical problem
- electrical defects on current switches, adhesive film!!!
- dirty ancient bed linen
- smelly towels, sparkling shower mat
- dirty desserts
- moldy walls
- Trip hazards house hallway mats
- dirty base for toothbrush container
- dirty storage bathroom
- Foot access on the property was heavily icy, with no possibility of avoiding
- disgusting photo of toilet blockage with bowel movements swelling out of the pipe behind the toilet
No match of offers on the website:
- there are no free toiletries in the bathroom except toilet paper
- No board games on site (on multiple request playing cards, glued Tesafilm chess)
- Advertised photos of the common room: not usable, since unheated
- sagged mattress
- smeared TV that is much too small too high
- Parking not on property, but on the road
Russian landlord in worn sweatpants did not see all this as a problem, after 1 night we left, refund of the remaining days verbally promised, but has not been done to date. No support from Booking.com

Nice, quiet but nothing special

As mentioned in prior reviews the owner(s) are extremely friendly and the price range is value for money. Breakfast was adequate but the setting seemed cold. The rooms were clean but neither sheets or towels were changed once during the 4 nights there. It is good but not great. I would stay again but complain if a similar issue occurred.

Fantastic quaint pension!

This small pension is like a quaint bed and breakfast. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, and dedicate all of their time to their pension. The rooms are small but are all well decorated, mostly with handicrafts that they hand-made. It's 1 train-stop from Germany and there is plenty of skiing nearby. For the value, you will be surprised at this quaint, comfortable pension. And the breakfast (for and extra 100 Crowns) is amazing!!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Kevin, Gulnara, and Ilnara.

Nespokojenost

Nedoporučuji,velké zklamání.špatné ubytování,neutulne. Zařízeni pokoje stare, v pokoji i v celé vile uvnitř je cítit nepříjemný divný odér. V pokoji i v místnosti na snídani zima. Vila z venku vypada pěkně, bohužel ne uvnitř.
