Great place

Absolutely amazing ambience as well as fantastic staff, very accommodating and sorted out any queries the in the moment,I’m thankful for their kindness and hospitality as it was a great place to visit. I’ll be sure to recommend it to other travellers as a spot to rest up when travelling from CZ to Poland as I did.

Hotel alfa, Trutnov

I don't understand why this hotel only has good reviews. It was really bad. We were given an attic room where the shower was rotting away. I wanted to adjust the shower head but broke down. Reported it to the owner and we were given another room. No elevator available. Breakfast from 7am to 9am. Very poor breakfast. Stale bread etc. Very bad

Hotel Alfa in Trutnov

Convenient location for town and railway station, although up a short hill. Friendly english speaking owner and good breakfast (albeit from 0730). Tea and coffee and lounge available for guests. Shame about the rain though!!

Clean Room, Friendly, Helpful Staff, free wi-fi

Very good location, beautiful outside garden to relax, clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Nice lobby.
Good location.
My boyfriend stayed for few nights and we think it was good Value for money.
Highly recommended.

Very comfortable & clean, with friendly, helpful staff

I stayed here with my brother whilst I was competing in a sporting event for a few days. The breakfast was decent and the staff (family run) were as helpful as they could be. Decor in the communal area was like being in a time capsule to the 1930s but that added character if anything :)
