Very nice hotel!

The stay in this hotel was very nice! The hotel is clean, maybe a shower is a bit old school and a bit tight, but overall - it had everything you need. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas - are super nice. The breakfast is superb, high quality and everything is very tasty. The dinners are very well prepared, the offer is just what you need. The staff is amazing. Mini gold experience is very positive. Overall - great experience in the hotel, i definitely recommend.

A quiet place in the mountains

The hotel Troyer is located in a beautiful place surrounded by the mountains. Our room was a bit on the small side. We appreciated the shower with many functions (music etc.). The food was really delicious (breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner). A big advantage is the proximity to the chair-lift to Pustevny (it's possible to get there quickly on foot). We also enjoyed a minigolf in the nature. If possible, we'd like to return there.

Great spot for lunch or dinner!

We came to the restaurant at this hotel.
There are incredible views, and you can choose to be seated indoors, with panoramic windows, or outside on the terrace.
The food was delicious, beautifully presented and the service was good.
I especially appreciated the options for gluten free desserts!
The grounds are lovely for an after meal walk, and there’s even mini-golf available for a fee.

Beautiful area, pleasant hotel with lack of customer focus

Beautiful area, the hotel is right in the forest. The level of hotel services is low and there is a lack of customer focus. We have seen that some staff have tried to be friendly, but the overall impression is unfortunately not excellent. However, we have had several experiences with unfriendly staff. The music in the restaurant is loud and not suitable, at 5:30 in the morning we woke up already the second morning with chainsaw noise.. duurete until 7:30 ‍ It is a pity as this place has great potential.

Great Stay 10/10

Amazing Place to stay! 10/10, From arrival to departure, Great Food & Beverage through out! Super Base for day trips! Lovely Spa Facilities! Spacious Rooms. Friendly Team and in top of that the weather worked out as well ! Will be back in June!
