Concert

Dobrý den . Byl jsem uvás ubytován po druhé z pátku 15.11.2019 na sobotu 16.11.2019 . Recepční se mě mile ujali a ubytovali . Ubytováni bylo velmi příjemné a snídaně výborná formou švédských stolu personál velmi ochotný a sympatický . I po druhé sem měl dobrou zkušenost . Děkuji moc a přijdu zas Vladimir Galas .

Hospital pub

We are embarrassed by the service of Hotel Kristl. Starting with the tragic contact (for several days we have been asking for a correctly issued invoice, which is needed for settlement in the sports club, through the lack of possibility of contact when we were standing in front of the facility with the whole family and could not get inside (no contact via the intercom, no one answers the phone and no one has called back to this day). What happened to us after opening the door to the room caused a gag reflex. The carpet was so dirty, as if people working in the field lived there. The stench of cigarettes was so overwhelming that the children started crying that they did not want to sleep there. As if I found myself in some pub from the 90s. Everything stank. Bedding, pillows, the next day our clothes. My son could not sleep because of the smell and the cold. The next day he had a competition from early morning. The radiators were turned off, so I allowed myself to turn them up to MAX. As it turned out later, they heated with a maximum temperature of about 30 degrees (which means the effect was smaller than the person giving off warm). We had some kind of party behind the wall until late. You could hear everything they were talking about, how they were laughing (I didn't understand because of the language). They fell silent around 3 o'clock at night. We travel a lot because of sports competitions. We use hotels on average 3 times a month. We have never seen anything like this before. We were supposed to spend 2 nights with you, luckily something came up and we only slept one. In my opinion, we should receive a full refund of the accommodation costs, because you did not lose money on our stay in terms of providing heating, cleaning, food and customer service, while we paid for a service that significantly fell short of generally accepted standards.

El Peor Hotel que he pasado jamás!

El "hotel" situado en un callejón oscuro de difícil acceso, junto a un hospital, no es de extrañar que este edificio el cual la fachada es feísima, fuera una vieja parte del hospital reconvertido en "hotel".
Nada más llegar, sobre las 10 y media de la noche, estaba cerrado, había un timbre en el que nos atendió un chico que nos dijo que había una llave debajo de un florero, en una ventana contigua a la puerta principal, así mientras el llegaba en un patinete eléctrico nosotros podíamos ir entrando las maletas mientras él llegaba y nos repartía el resto de llaves.
La zona de recepción si se le puede llamar así, cuenta con los mismos muebles del año de su inauguración, allá por 1960, en esa misma inauguración también fue la primera y última limpieza, porque vaya tela la de manchas, polvo y telarañas que tenía todo. MUY SUCIO.
El "hotel " es viejo, muy viejo, las habitaciones dan asco, conforme cruzas las puertas que fueron instaladas por los comunistas en la guerra fría, te das cuenta de lo sucio que está todo y del mal olor que desprende toda la habitación, un sistema de doble habitación (cada una privada) muy raro y muy obsoleto, donde en teoría se comparte baño, nose si todavía lo hacen así, porque las cerraduras de las habitaciones están rotas...
Entrando a tu sub-habitacion te das cuenta de que ahora sí, estás inmerso en una película de terror, donde acaban muriendo todos los protagonistas...
Destape las sábanas y la cama estaba llena de pelos, habían manchas extrañas por los muebles y arañas en el techo.
El baño estaba sucio, el rollo de papel usado y los vasos también sin lavar...
La señas wifi es muy muy muy débil.
La inseguridad que te trasmite el dormir aquí jamás la había sentido...
El hotel de los horrores, quizá si lo tematizaran, sería el mejor hotel terrorífico del mundo...

Основное достоинство -цена. Достался 2-комнатный номер за копейки. Располагается прилично от центра, минут 15 на троллейбусе. Рядом нет ни ресторанов, ни магазинов. Ха продуктами ехал за 2 остановки. Мебель старая

основное достоинство этого отеля - низкая цена размещения. Тем не менее, за такие деньги сервис вполне приемлемый,номера чистые,также что немаловажно для бюджетных отелей - удобная постель, а вот санузел - хоть чист (что самое важное), напоминание о прошлом)))
