Great Stay in a Fantastic Location

The area of Jizerka is just magical and this hotel is the best place to stay. Our group of 4 booked 2 rooms; one of them was very large and one a bit smaller, but both very comfortable.
The highlight for me was the Manager and hotel staff in general - all very nice people doing their best to make your stay memorable. In the Czech Republic where customer service, for the most part, still leaves a lot to be desired, this was a very pleasant surprise. Well done guys, we will be back!

Ideal relaxation weekend

The hotel is located in one of the most romantic and tranquil places in the Giant Mountains, away from all the busy ski resorts. It offers unparalleled comfort for the place. Everything is new and clean unlike many other 4-star hotels in the region which mostly show their age. The staff is great, making you feel really welcomed. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of toiletries, there are a sauna and whirlpool bookable for an hour privately for each room so one does not have to share it with several other people. The breakfast is excellent, buffet style, with fresh fruit and vegetables, cereals, cold cuts and hot egg choices, with very good drinks. Some rooms offer great views of the settlement.

Klidný hotel a výbornou kuchyní

Skvělé služby, prostorné a moderně zařízené pokoje, výborná strava (hotovky za rozumnou cenu, pestrá a velmi bohatá snídaně v ceně ubytování), milý a pozorný personál. K tomu vynikající poloha. Rodinná atmosféra. A v neposlední řadě sauna vytopená na správnou teplotu . Parkování před budovou.
