Do tohoto hotelu jezdíme už léta a pokaždé nás okouzlí znovu.Ltesklost hotelového personálu, kvalita pokojů a vřelý přístup zaměstnanců hotelu, od uklízečů pokojů až po číšníky v jídelně , každý se k nám chová vřele a laskavě.
Pokoje jsou velmi čisté a uklizené, v jídelně je široký výběr jídel a v případě potřeby se můžete obrátit na vedoucí jídelny a požádat o speciální požadavky.
Hotel se nachází v centru půvabného města Karlovy Vary a všechny atrakce jsou relativně krátké 5-15 minut chůze.
Hotel nabízí širokou škálu léčebných procedur založených na přírodních minerálních vodách Karlových Varů.
Přijdu znovu a jsem si jistý, že ne méně než jednou.

We have been coming to this hotel for years, and each time we are enchanted anew.
The kindness of the hotel staff, the quality of the rooms and the warm attitude of the hotel employees, from the room cleaners to the waiters in the dining room, everyone treats us in a warm and kind way.
The rooms are very clean and tidy, there is a wide variety of food in the dining room and if necessary you can contact the dining room managers to ask for special requests.
The hotel is in the center of the charming town of Karlovy Vary, and all the attractions are a relatively short 5-15 minute walk away.
The hotel offers a wide range of medical treatments based on the natural mineral waters of Karlovy Vary.
I will come again, and I'm sure not less than once.

Hotel se nachází v centru půvabného města Karlovy Vary a všechny atrakce jsou relativně krátké 5-15 minut chůze.
Hotel nabízí širokou škálu léčebných procedur založených na přírodních minerálních vodách Karlových Varů.

Do not recommend Venus Hotel to anyone.
Pros:
The food was tasty and diverse, and it was more as a canteen food than a 4-star hotel restaurant.
The staff at the restaurant and the treatment center was nice.
The cleaning service was available everyday.
The location is good, and there was no noise from the street.
Cons:
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Comparing to another 4-star hotel in Karlovy Vary that I visited before, this one has a lot to improve
The first day we arrived we found stale food at the restaurant. It was bulgur with vegetables and it smelled bad. We told this to the restautant staff. The answer was "No one else complained". Luckily, the food was good the rest of the days.
The staff of this hotel needs a very intensive course on hospitality, some of them behave as if they never had one.
I was dissapointed the minute I arrived at the hotel. The woman at the reception was rude and yelling at everyone.
Only two of the ladies at the reception spoke a little bit of English, no one else did. It was especially difficult to understand each other at the treatmet center. How is this possible in 2026? I guess they are happy with the Russian and German speaking tourists and are not interested in other visitors.
The hotel is not in a good state, would need a renovation. The cleaning was done superficially, there was dust on the surfaces and the faucet was disgusting. The carpets in the hallways were dirty.
The walls are thin as paper, we could hear everyone speak in other rooms.
I did not know that if you choose the Relax and not the Intensive treatment, you wil not get treatment such as physiotherapy, CO2 injections. I recommend that this information is specified on this web page.

Hotel Venus in Karlovy Vary, lovely little town.
We spent 3 weeks in this lovely little town. The hotel is located right in the city center, very close to the water sources. The town is situated on hills, so if you live there, you have to do a lot of walking and in hilly terrain it's quite tiring. Fortunately, in Venus we were spared this necessity. All the healing springs are within a 5-10 minute walk..
We really enjoyed the three meals a day at the Venus hotel; the food was fresh and home-cooked.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds seem small, but the linens are excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms do not have air conditioning, and this seems like a major drawback, especially on the upper floors, as soon as the outside temperature rises above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
For your information, temperatures this September ranged from 50 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. On cold days, it is very damp and humid outside, it is necessary to have the right clothing.
The hotel has doctors, equipment, and a good health resort program with all the necessary equipment for treatments.
During your free time, it's easy to organize an excursion program.

Avoid this mediocrity!!
Went to this hotel for lunch mid October when I was with group of other people.
Food totally bland and of mediocre quality . Service rude and not worthy of 4 stars. Asked for a small pat of butter, the waitress laughed and said they didn’t have any (a hotel?!) - bizarre. Maybe she didn’t understand but she didn’t make efforts to either.
We were made feel unwelcome. Disappointing end to a lovely morning in the beautiful town of Karlovy Vary.

Overall a great hotel and friendly staffs. We arrived late around 11 pm and had smooth check-in. Our room had a breathtaking view from the balcony, which is definitely a plus. Sauna, swimming pool and whirlpool are in great condition and clean, in which we had a relax time during our stay. Breakfast was tasty with various choices.
