Had an amazing stay here!

Really had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the beautiful view, the large room and of course the shower. Receptionists were very helpful and made our stay even better. Breakfast was more than okay, we would stay here again if we would visit Karlovy Vary another time. The hotel is very central and the park is nearby. You can easily walk to the centre in a couple of minutes, or climb to the Diana Lookout point going to the left from the hotel.

Not again.

The room is OK, large, clean and quiet. The breakfast is more reminiscent of a guesthouse than a hotel. The staff is more neutral than friendly. The WiFi is not so good. The parking situation is also very difficult.
I would not book here again next time.

“No frills” hotel, but efficient and comfortable.

This hotel has a very basic lobby; and it also doesn't have a breakfast room: breakfast is consumed by customers at an adjacent hotel, through an agreement between the two.
Yet, having overcome the disappointment of the "cold" appearance of the entrance, once entering his / her room the guest will be able to appreciate the spaciousness of it, the simple but pleasant furnishings, the efficiency of the bathroom and in particular of the shower .
A further advantage is that of the low cost (although since ours was a package tour, I don't know the exact amount of accommodation).
Note that, as we were unable to enjoy breakfast on the last morning due to our early departure, we were provided with a decent packed lunch

Karlovy Vary, wonderful caring people

We didn't get to stay here but this hotel did a random act of kindness for us one night in may even though we were not guests at the hotel.My husband is handicapped. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and encourage all to stay here. They have reserved parking you can secure directly across from the hotel. All parking is scarce in that town and highly recommend you secure parking no matter where you are. The hotel is right there close to the springs and shopping.If we could have changed our reservation from the Astoria, we would.
