A great Hostel

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are very clean and well equipped even with bathroom and kettle. Breakfast is delicious and the Pesonal is very friendly and helpful. The Hostel is centrally located. Close to the train station. The kitchen for guests is well equipped and also very clean.

Disappointment

Have charged the room although it was clear that the check-in time is not to be observed. Have not made any effort to contact me, nor have they reimbursed a partial amount. Not a good service. Not recommended.

Go if you like woodlouse

One of the biggest disappointments of the holiday. After a long day of walking we made it to the hostel to find staff that barely spoke any English. After paying before seeing any of the accommodation we were guided around the building and shown the breakfast (a plastic plate with some dubious looking meat that we actually paid extra for). We took a shower before going out. The water only got luke warm with a lovely orange colour. The shower was itself already falling apart. Same holds for the bathroom mirror.
The room seemed basically clean. For one night we decided to accept the highly uncomfortable mattresses (a rock would be softer). We went out for dinner which was another anticlimax (but that's another story). Then we returned to sleep after a 10k hike we had done earlier in the day.

Just before we crashed into bed we found an amazing stash of dead bugs in the corner by the bedlamp. They appeared to be dead but the amount was of big proportion. A small inspection through the room helped us to find a full family (at least four generations) of mister woodlouses relatives. Needless to say, we left.
We contacted the booking agency the next day as there was no staff to be found at 11.30 PM. They contacted the hostel on our behalf, to find no cooperation to resolve the situation.
The only relief we have is that there were no bed bugs present as we had originally feared. But then again, if you would like to pay a visit to the family Woodlouse, please go.

Nedělní oběd pro 3

Zklamání a nevolnost po nedělním obědě. Jídlo mastné a nechutné. Vzhledově pěkné, ale při ochutnání hrůza. Obsluha dobrá, prostředí příjemné. Na to jídlo si vážně nemůžeme ani vzpomenout. Tato restaurace nám byla doporučena, ale kdybych se měla ještě jednou rozhodnout, tak bych tam určitě už nešla na jídlo.

Spokojenost

Na hostel supr ubytování. Jen nám chyběla na pokoji lednička, ale využili jsme tu v kuchyňce. Pobyt jsme si zde s dětma užili. Ve velkém pokoji jsme měli dostatek prostoru. Mohu jen doporučit i díky milému personálu
