The 4-room house is fantastic, and Dragana the owner/hostess is awesome!

We stayed in their big house out front because the mid-season price was only slightly more expensive than much smaller options up the road. Dragana the owner and hostess is awesome. The house was her grandmother's and they've done a great job of renovating and modernizing. During our 3-night stay she brought us a bottle of wine, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and even homemade cake. On the morning of our last day the Prcanj-Kotor road was unexpectedly closed for several hours because of a marathon and Dragana arranged a boat ride across the bay to a waiting taxi that whisked us and our luggage to the Podgorica airport for our flight home, and even arranged for our rental car to be picked up at her place! The location is at a quiet end of the village, right on the water and it's amazingly easy to get in and out of the sea within a few paces of your front door. There's a little grocery market just a couple of doors down. The house itself has lots of space, fully air-conditioned rooms (the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining/living room), and a nice balcony fronting the house with chairs and little tables. A couple of the bedrooms are really large with a comfy chair and another chair at a desk. There were two modern bathrooms upstairs with showers, and another small bathroom downstairs. Also easy parking inside the property's gate (the vehicle gate is opened with an electronic remote control that we left in our rental car during our stay). The water in the sea was calm and warm, and there were even a few things to see with a snorkeling mask (small fishes, crabs, clams and a few big fat sea hares). Highly recommended!

Lovely place

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a balcony and sea view. The view was spectacular. The room was what we wanted. It was lovely to relax in and the mini kitchen was Just enough to prepare a few meals when we weren't out. They were kind enough to leave a complimentary bottle of wine for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The town itself is far more streched out than we had imagined, meaning that nothing is centralized. Furthermore the "beaches" aren't so much beaches as they are streches of rough concrete, so be prepared and buy a cheap airmattress or mat. Also, if you do not have your own car, be aware that the bus which supposedly runs every hour, really actually does so at its own leisure. All in all we would stay here again. The accommodation and the view are totally worth it.

Perfect!

We stayed at Apartments Ivanovic on the second leg of our Montenegro adventure and were very pleased with it.
The suite was clean and comfortable with a double bed, balcony with sea views across the bay of Kotorska, kitchenette and shower room. The kitchenette had plenty of supplies for self catering or just a cup or glass of something to enjoy on the balcony. Access to the sea is less than 50 metres from the building and the beach is pebble with crystal clear water.
It is located in Prcanj which is around an hours walk from Kotor old town, or a 15-20 minute bus ride depending on your preference. The walk offers great views but the road is very narrow so keep an eye on the traffic!
There are 3 fantastic restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartments that offer excellent food for great prices.
The owner of the apartments is very helpful and welcoming and helped us get a taxi to Tivat airport.
A much quieter, and cheaper, option than staying within Kotor.

Majoitus

Loistava sijainti. Ihana emäntä. Siisti viihtyisä huoneisto. Kattoterassi ihana,aamiaiset ja iltapalan siellä söimme mahtavista maisemissa. Hyvät yhteydet vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ihana ranta ihan vieressä.

En fel bokning blev en toppen bokning

Bemötandet som man får är fantastiskt av Dragana Ivanovic och hennes familj,..Love you guys!
Lägenheten har det man behöver det är rent och snyggt, det finns en altan uppe på taket som man har tillgång till.
Där man kan njuta av utsikten över Kotorfjorden som man aldrig tröttnar på inte heller det kristallklara vattnet. Till huset tillhör en badplats som vi tillbringade mycket tid på och framför allt badade i timmar.
Dragana är en mycket hjälpsam och älskvärd person, hon ger tips om utflykter , bokar privatchaufför ( som var suverän).
Detta boende kan jag verkligen rekommendera och jag kommer återkomma.
