The best vacation ever!

Our vacation was amazing! Accomodation was very comfortable, with all supplies that you need for living, but with romantic atmosphere in ancient building, in authentic 12th century square. Apartment was very clean, cozy and bright, with a lot of natural light. Even though outside was very attractive for tourists, inside of apartment was quite with a pleasant sounds of violin or guitar. Our hosts were 100% available for us, polite, kind and willing for friendly talks. They had all the answers on our questions about beaches, markets, cultural events, historical monuments and walking paths. We are amazed by their hospitality, kindness and all the impression that wonderful town had on us. All recommendations from my family and me! Danijela & Lazar, you’re the best, thank you for all!

Lovely studio apartment in heart of old town

A clean, centrally located apartment in the centre of town. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was quiet inside, but the front door opened onto the hustle and bustle of the lively streets.
The owner was very responsive via email/text to organise check-in / check-out etc

Amazing place for romantic vacation

This place located in the heart of old town but because windows are looking inside not to the road it's absolutely silent.. new, clean, practical, feel absolutely like home. Also owner was very helpful and he did a lot of effort to explain the location because it was a bit complicated because no car can enter this protected area. So we had to park outside and walk inside the old town. But it absolutely worth it!

Romantic Flat in Stunning Town

Lazar is a fantastic host, really friendly and helpful. The flat (Studio with Patio) was simply superb - beautifully furnished in an excellent location. It had everything you want, in fact was appointed down to the last detail - washing machine (including clothes rail), power adaptors, music speakers, a wealth of different guides/maps, candles, etc.
Regarding car parking: there is a free place that Lazar will advise you about 5 minutes away. We only needed to wait 10 mins for a space to become available. Detailed instructions were provided if you're driving there from Dubrovnik (i.e. approaching from the north) but this may be confusing if you're not familiar with the area. I'd advise requesting a map screenshot or something ahead of time as when it's marked on a map it's very easy to locate.

my home for a whole week

we stayed in apartment popovic in kotor for one week.
we felt at home and part of it belongs to the lazar & daniella professional attitude towards their business and human relations.
they sent a taxi to airport (almost 1/3 of regular price). lazar himself guised us to the apartment.
The apartment is on the same beautiful area of the cathedral. It was clean, aesthetic, with all that facilities we needed.
Lazar & Daniella also offered us a trip to Lovcen park with their taxi driver (cheaper than other options). When they realized that the driver couldn’t come on the time to this trip, Lazar himself took us with his private car to this trip so we won a tour guide as well.
Living in the the old city a has special affect , like being part of the awaking city , and listening to the amazing bells calling for pray or maybe just reminding to prepare soul to a new day. It could have uncomfortable impact too, either noise or heavy food smell from all the restaurant around.
For us it was worth it.
