Had a great stay at top floor appartment. Lots of space and everyting you need for a week vacation with kids. Host was friendly and helpfull, and everything was clean. Staff was also really nice, and tried to help out as much as they could, even if they did not speak much english.
Would recommend this stay for anyone who would like a comfortable place close to beach and old town i Budva.

Just perfect!

Amazing stay! The apartment is extremely clean, quiet, and in a perfect location. Parking is a big plus. Everything was flawless. Whenever I’m in Budva, this is my place.

ANT INFESTATION

This trip was booked to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday, and we were drawn in by the listing for a "Romantic Rooftop Spa Apartment" on Airbnb. We paid £400 for four nights, expecting a special and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far from what was advertised.
Upon arrival, the entire building reeked of cigarette smoke. We were led to what was described as “the best apartment in the building,” featuring a balcony, spacious living and dining area, and a jacuzzi bath. Almost immediately, we began to encounter serious issues. There was no hot water throughout our stay. Attempting to use the jacuzzi bath was futile—we had to boil the kettle repeatedly just to fill it, as the tap water was lukewarm and barely flowing. The back panel of the bath was also broken and hanging off.
The apartment itself was outdated and poorly maintained. The TV didn’t work, the shower head was broken, and the towels smelled strongly of must and cigarette smoke.
The worst part came when we noticed a loud electrical buzzing from the living area. Upon closer inspection, we discovered a massive ant infestation—hundreds, possibly thousands of ants crawling across the floors, fridge, kitchen counters, and shelving. It was distressing and completely unacceptable.
We contacted the host immediately but received no response. After escalating the matter to Airbnb Support, we were shocked to hear that the host had attempted to blame us for the infestation, claiming we had left food on the bed—despite the ants being present everywhere except the bedroom.
The host offered no apology or refund. Thankfully, Airbnb Support stepped in and issued a partial refund of 30%, though this hardly compensates for the overall experience. This property was not fit for purpose, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.
