Good value for money and safe area.

Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient. There is no lift so this may be a consideration for anyone with kids or accessibility issues.

They can do better

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning.
The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates. However the girl serving you could not be more annoyed of doing so. She was inside and when we had to call her she would often roll her eyes. Very little knowledge of English.
Daria is very kind but quite never present, everytime we needed to meet up we would have to agree to do so.
Internet was down for 2 days for no reason and as we asked the reason for it it was simply "it happens every 2 weeks".
I would have given 2 star but the third one is to suggest to do better, the building is worth it.

Very friendly and comfy place

The distance to center of Budva is around 1.5 maximum. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Very friendly owners and staff. Very good breakfast options, very good drinks (Virgin Mojito is great!). Nice rooms, comfy beds, wi-fi and A/C. Definitely a place to recommend for a good price.

Charming, quaint lodging.

Guesthouse was centrally located. Surrounding building sand area under current construction. But this building redone well. Limited parking but owner/manager Daila very accommodating. Room large enough for two. Only issue was in shower area, not good with water containment. It needs either a door or splash guard of some sort. Had to use several towels to soak up water. Also, there are at least 20-25 stairs to get to room area, so pack light or will need help. Adjoining bar/restaurant staff friendly, quick and food great.

Reasonable walking distance to town center

We were looking for a place that would be close by our cousin who has a 1 BR condo about 15 minutes walk to the beach. We found this gem. New, clean, well maintained and excellent choices for breakfast. Grocery store a block away, lots of places to eat. quiet, considering you are in the middle of town. Also, the owners were very friendly and helpful.
