Joyful stay

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Azzurro very much. When we just arrived we didn’t like our room. Right there they gave us 2 beautiful rooms with see view.
Food is OK for a small hotel but Maja, Jadranka and Lazar made sure that we always had great and fresh food even choices were small, with their great smile, welcome and jokes we had a best time in Bijela.
This hotel has most welcomed staff, always ready to helm and to make your wishes come true. I will miss all of them and will come back.

Friendly but sloooow so slow

I was there with my family, friendly staff but the organisation is less efficient.
We ordered 4 meals, 2 of them were hamburgers, it took them 1 hour to prepare our meal. We got tired, plus we ordered sopska salata and said - please can we fet it before our meals so we can sipp and eat sallad before main meal arrives..... the sallad came with main meal after an hour, burgers were cold,
The music was the same song for 30 minutes in the azuro hotel teras by the sea. It was tiresome.
But overall friendly staff.

Polite staff and wonderfull food

I loved it. Staff is so polite and observing, the food was amazing it also came really fast. We are definitely coming again!

Beach hotel

I stayed for business for two nights at the Azzurro Hotel. If you come by bus, the staff will provide transport of your suitcase from the bus station to the hotel, which is located under the main road. The hotel has been adapted. The room was not big, but it had the necessary facilities (small fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioner and radiator). The bedding is clean, tidy. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is small. It has toiletries and a hair dryer. Towels are changed every day. If you need something extra, you can get it at the reception. The room had a side view of the sea from a large balcony. The breakfast for a 4-star hotel could be richer. More precisely, the choice of dishes is modest. Across the street from the hotel is a wonderful sandy beach with sunbeds. Food prices in the restaurant opposite the hotel (on the beach) are not high. Staff very friendly.

Attracted by the Pension's location (waterfront and private beach with deckchairs) and its human-sized side (less than 30 rooms) I booked 1 room for a week. First surprise on arrival, there is no elevator, so I asked to change rooms to be on the 2nd instead of the 4th (under the roofs) and fortunately this was possible but we were backyard side, without sight with kitchen smells from the morning. The staff, very young is friendly (especially the young woman at the reception) but there is still progress to be made in terms of "services"! In any case, what is certain is that you should not expect a 4-star service (even by local standards, it corresponds more to 2 stars). In the bathroom, the shower joints are black with mold, missing towel hooks (1 was broken and not repaired), the hair dryer does not work and several times we did not have hot water! there was even a day with a water cut, which is not very nice when you want to take a shower after swimming before coming out. The breakfast, served at the table, was not varied contrary to what I understood, it was certainly "copious" but there was no choice but omelet with vegetables and cheeses or fries with toast. No yogurt or fruit (apples disappeared from the "buffet" after 2 days and the stagnant cereals in the serving bowls were hardly envied!) and the water fountain/fruit juice often only served water. Unlimited coffee in the coffee machine but very diluted even when choosing "coffee strong". When ordering breakfasts, it happened several times that the young waiter (very friendly but headlong) forgot half of what had been requested! This is a shame because while some aspects require investment (elevator), others (small repairs, cleaning of joints, mattress protectors with elastic bands and not simple sheet laid) could easily be remedied and thus make the stay more pleasant!
