a pleasing stay at the sunquest apartments

Chrystala and myself stayed for seven days between 3rd and 10th of November in apartment 308. The apartment was very clean and well serviced in this traditional family run business. The apartment is well furnished with a comfortable bed. The floor of the external dining area was amazing! all different types of marble its worth the visit just to see that. The family at all times are honest friendly and polite. This is an apartment complex completely different from what one should expect from a hotel. There is a very large swimming pool with a smaller child's pool attached, both clean and serviced with ample sunbeds in the ample space around the pool. It was nice to see the traditional harvesting of the olives, traditional bbq and traditional use of the external clay oven for making our kleftiko meal which was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic good choice all fresh and very tasty. there is no other place I would stay in limassol. i look forward so much to my next visit . THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR A BRILLIANT TIME PAMBOS, ANDREAS,MARINOS, MARIA and of course YIA YIA ELENI

Okay hotel

I was aware of the reviews beforehand but this was just one night stop before we drove to our next location. We were met friendly in the reception. We took a taxi in and out of the town of Limassol which was about a 12-15 min drive from the hotel.

Poor experience from start to finish

On arrival, the car park was full and we had trouble finding a parking space. We found the accommodation itself very basic, grubby and outdated.
Although toiletries were supposed to be provided, there wasn't even any soap, just shampoo. I had to go back to reception to ask for extra bedding only to be asked how many people are staying?
As it had been a hot journey to the apartments, we decided to use the pool. I noticed afterwards that my black and white bikini had turned yellow.
The following day, we used the pool again and it was very quiet, however, we kept pulling lumps of human hair out of the pool so soon gave up and didn't use the pool again.
We decided to have a rest day after the pool but was startled by the cleaner ringing our bell and unlocking the door to let herself in. Luckily, we were both reading at this time.
We had to request clean towels as none had been changed since our arrival.
We had to make up our own beds.. My sheet had a big hole in it but wasn't changed by the cleaner.
The bathroom really is a wet room as water from the shower goes everywhere and no squidgy mop is provided.. A hazard in itself.
Not all the electric plugs function.
This has the potential to be a lovely complex wiif it was upgraded fully and cleaned properly. Lesson learnt to read the reviews before booking. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Holiday.

Friendly clean family oriented apartment complex. The staff are helpful and nothing is too much for them. All public areas are clean and the food is very good. Highly recommended. This is also a child friendly hotel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just spent a night there. Absolutely awful staff are rude. Place is a flea pit and that's being kind. Bathroom was so bad didn't even use the shower or bath, shower mat was mouldy. Slept on top of the covers didn't dare look at bed sheets. Air conditioning unit was held together with tap and dosen't work without a card purchased from the bar.wasn't told until we'd gone 3 floors up to our "room". Then they didn't know how long it would last so at 2 am it stopped deep joy when it's hot.
