Highly recommended
The views are spectacular, it is very comfortable, it is super clean and has a lot of details that make you do not want to leave (fridge, coffee maker, sponges, toothbrushes, moisturizer...).
The hostess is super friendly and helps you in everything you need.
It is very close to a beach.
It is somewhat removed from the center, but for if you go by car is the best option since it has parking. You can go downtown by bus, taxi-boat or Bolt.
I wish I could have spent more nights there.

Very nice stay
Near the villa there is a boat that for 5€ leaves you in the center of Zadar. There are also two buses at the gate that drop you there.
It is also very close to the beach, which can be reached on foot.
I would return without hesitation and I regret not booking more days

Top Appartement
Gebäude: ein etwas größeres Haus in dem die Familie wohnt, und verschiedene Unterkünfte anbietet; kleine enge Zufahrt, mit 4 Parkplätzen auf dem Grundstück
Zimmer: wir hatten ein Studio (1. Etage), das ganz sauber, frisch renoviert war mit einem Super-Badezimmer und ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss mit eigener Terrasse, sehe großem Schlafzimmer, einem großen Küchen/Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer und ein ganz neues Badezimmer
Fazit: hier hat alles gepasst, der Preis, die Einrichtung, die super nette Bezitzerin

La propriétaire parle français, on ne pouvait pas mieux tomber vraiment top!!!
