A charming place, a B&B brilliantly run by a local family

The accommodation is perfectly located in a picturesque cove. It is an old, small palace, which is very attractively refurbished. It is overlooking a small fishing port that is just few meters away. Our room was spotlessly clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. We had full English breakfast with a Mediterranean touch in the dining room downstairs. Klaudia and her fantastic family who are running the B&B Palac are great hosts. They are very generous and always ready to help. They made of our stay there a wonderful and memorable experience.

Superb experience, lovely family

My girlfriend and I were so happy that we discovered B&B Palac.
It's a beautiful building, located at the very heart of the village, with a splendid view from the rooms. More importantly, it is run by a wonderful local family. Klaudia, Matea and Damir are super friendly. They take great care both of their guests and of the building. The first thing I noticed when I entered is that the whole place is so perfectly clean.
We look forward to return there in a few months, and stay longer.

Prima ligging, vriendelijke ontvangst

Prima pensionnetje, pal in het centrum van het mooie plaatsje Valun met gezellige drukte. We hadden met ons tweeën één 3p kamer, met een balkonnetje met zich op zee en haven. Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters. Lekker ontbijt, weliswaar zonder uitschieters.
De locatie is niet zo makkelijk met de auto te bereiken (max 20' parkeren in centrum, zeer smalle wel langs zee), maar dit zorgt er voor dat Valun een mooie en kleinschalige vakantieplaats blijft. Met zijn klein haventje, vier lekkere visrestaurants, 2 stranden (één zonovergoten en één beschaduwd), zicht op zee, is dit een zeer leuke vakantieplek.
Houd er wel rekening mee dat er beneden één van die visrestaurants ligt en dat kan wel voor wat lawaai zorgen (maar kamer is redelijk geluidsgeïsoleerd, het duurde niet zo lang en we hadden oordoppen mee). Hier zouden we willen terugkomen.

ottimo

posizione proprio sul mare nel piccolo centro di Valun. Parcheggio non facile come per tutte le altre strutture nel piccolo porto. Pulizia super, gentilezza eccezionale, stanze nuove e confortevoli. Colazione favolosa. Prezzo un pochino alto come un po' tutta la zona.

Wieder hier

Ich kann meine Bewertung aus dem Jahr 2017 nur bestätigen. Die Unterkunft besticht durch die gute Lage mitten im Ort und direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, auf Fernseher, Safe und Minibar muss man verzichten. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
