Its a heaven...
The kitchen is preety small but have all parts what you need...
The bathroom is good and clean the shower is comfortable.
The bedroom is quietly, the beds are comfortable and enough big...
The view... THE VIEW..... The view is the heaven... one castle... the sea.. the islands...
The owner is nice... she can speak deutch and little hungarian :)

Total disapointment
On the negative side, being a party of three families, we've got three rooms out of which only two had air conditioning and this was charged extra 5 euros each. Unfortunately one could not make use of the AC because: in one apartment it was blowing directly to the bed, however, the rest of the rooms did not benefit any cooling, and in the other apartment the AC was positioned in the dining room, hence very difficult to cool the bedroom. To make the story brief, this Appartments Kate is more like a house that was eventually improvised into a guesthouse. Nothing against this, but the price/quality is very poor.
Plus, parking is actually on the street, the existing parking slots of the propery cannot accomodate more than two cars at once.

Lag even buiten het centrum maar was goed bereikbaar te voet of met de auto
De service was ook prima, alles zag er netjes en verzorgt uit.
Parkeerplaats in de straat.

A földszinten két klimatizált - régebbi, de tiszta, normális állapotú - apartman, az emeleten két szintén klimatizált új apartman. A tulajdonos helyben lakik, nagyon segítőkész. Gyerekes családoknak ajánlanám. A belváros 10 perc séta, vagy 3 perc autó és 7 perc parkolás

Delusione sotto tutti i punti di vista
Gli appartamenti al piano terra sono spartani, arredati in maniera obsoleta, con vecchi mobili, senza grosse comodità. L'aria condizionata si paga 5 euro al giorno, ma se decidete di accenderla e poi uscire per cena, la proprietaria entra nella vostra stanza e la spegne senza tanti riguardi (inaccettabile).
I due appartamenti al secondo piano sono nuovi, più ampi, più moderni e arredati in maniera migliore.
La proprietaria è una signora acida e intrattabile, che pretende di decidere e di agire a suo insindacabile giudizio, che non parla nemmeno italiano.
Mai più!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
