friendly owner, clean room, good location

We arrived there in the afternoon. The owner greeted us friendly. He voluntarily gave us the city map of Rovinj and explained us where to go, free parkings for the city and the beach. He took his time to let us know about Rovinj. He is very friendly and helpful. The guest house is about 15 minutes walk from the center of the city. We could find parkings easily near the guest house any time of the day. There was a bakery about 150 meter away, we bought simple bread, croissant for breakfast. There is also a big supermarket, Lidl and cafe. The location was really convenient. We would definitely come back to this guest house again.

Fine.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Good points: owner very kind and helpful (my boyfriend accidentally broke the toilet seat and he didn't want a refund); rooms ok, with bathroom inside, airco and a fridge for the guests outside; you can eat in the small garden with tables and chairs provided by the owner. Bad points: near two big supermarkets (so noisy during the day), quite far from the city centre if you go by foot; a little bit expensive (60euros) if you think you have no breakfast included!

Abbiamo soggiornato comunque bene.
