Skvělá dovolená

V Marin apartments jsme byli již po druhé. Měli jsme apartmán s výhledem na moře. Apartmán je útulný, s v velkou koupelnou a terasou. Kuchyň se nachází na terase. Pláž v blízkosti apartmánu je čistá s pozvolným vstupem a je tu málo lidí. Majitelka je velmi příjemná a ráda vám se vším poradí. Apartmán se nachází v blízkosti autobusové zastávky, kde jezdí autobusy do Omiše a Splitu ( cena jízdenky je cca 13 kun).

Across the Street from the Sea

There are two apartments in the same area, one is called Apartments Marin which is a more pricey spot right on the beach and then there is Mariin Apartments across a busy street from the sea. Free private parking is provided in front of the apartment.
The host is an older gentleman and his wife and from what I hear they also have a daughter. The man was very pleasant. The room was spacious with a small television and limited cable. It was hard to find a channel in English. The bathroom was narrow with a large bathtub. There was a small refrigerator and air conditioning. The kitchen was outside on the balcony. This was pretty strange but very interesting at the same time. The balcony was really spacious and the view was pretty nice. The apartment provides chairs and Mat's that you may take to the beach across the street. The owner said that the part in front of the house including the little dock is their own private part of the waterfront. The water is rather shallow for a long distance and when it is windy the waves can get a little rough. It the early morning the water was perfect and almost still.
The road in front of the house is very busy to cross and somewhat noisy throughout the day. I luckily wear ear plugs to sleep but my fiancé said he heard the cars and trucks throughout the night.
The apartment is located just as you enter Podstrana. Coming from the southern route the apartments are on your right. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute drive from Split with. O traffic. During the evening there is a ton of traffic heading toward Split to enjoy the nightlife and the drive can take up to an hour.

stayed there only one night

We stayed in the double room for only one night as we were on a tight schedule travelling from Montenegro to Italy. The room was very clean, it smelled of clean sheets when you enter-it gave me a good feeling. It was basic but had everything a person would need for a short stay, for a longer one i would think it is too small. Owners were helpful.
Bathroom was small and a liitle bit outdated. Other than that-no complaints. The road is quite busy one and one need to be carefull whn crossing it when going to the beach.

Perfetto. Non si può chiedere di più

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La stanza è degna di un albergo 4 stelle. Pressi bassissimi per una stanza così in agosto. Tutto bello, pulito, in ordine. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. Ci hanno aspettato anche se siamo arrivati in ritardo oltre mezzanotte per colpa del traffico. La struttura si trova praticamente in riva al mare, a 10 minuti da Spalato che è una città stupenda assolutamente da vedere.

Ottimo

Appartamento in riva al mare, con possibilità di affittare ombrelloni. All'interno è ben arredato e con aria condizionata! A soli 15 min di auto da Spalato. Prezzo onesto! La proprietaria è simpatica e disponibile! Vicino c'è il supermercato e vari ristoranti!
