Close to the entrance of Park

The property is located a few kilometers from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, making it perfect for logistics.
Since it is not on the main road, it is also quiet.
There is also a nice pool, though we did not use it.
The rooms are spacious, those on the lower floor have tiled floors, while those on the upper floors are carpeted, the beds are comfortable.
The bathroom has a large shower.
Rooms are cleaned every three days, but daily towel changes are available upon request.
Breakfast is served at the nearby family restaurant, Plitvička Vrela, and is quite varied, although more savory.
We also dined at the family restaurant, serving traditional Balkan dishes at reasonable prices.
Cash only, electronic payments are not allowed.

2 nights in Villa Ruja

Very good location for Plitvice Natural Park.
The rooms are comfortable. On the other hand breakfast is taken in a restaurant 400m from the accommodation , it is not a buffet but served on the plate with products of variable quality.
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly!

Good starting point for Plitvice

The rooms are large, with new furniture and very nice bathrooms.
A bit noisy from the road. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity but very convenient for Plitvice lakes. No breakfast on site, you have to walk 5-7 minutes to their restaurant. We had dinner at their restaurant (Plitvička Vrela) and food was ok, pizza was really nice.

Recommend

Very clean, cosy, peacefull, friendly and helpfull staff, good food.It was easy to find by car. 15 minutes away from Plitvice National Park wich is fabulous. It is a good mini market very close, and villa's restaurant at 500m distance.

Close to Lakes

We are staying for two nights , rooms are very modern bright & clean. There is a fridge , small table which we thought was great but they had no tea making facilities , glasses crockery . If this was added it would make a great stopover.
There are some really nice restaurants around i would avoid the one they recommend for breakfast & dinner.
