We are also very happy to know that you have a perfect stay at Little Pun's house. Xiaopeng firmly believes that "no hard work, no gain", only silently pay and do things for the guests in order to win your applause and love. , I look forward to seeing you next time~ ——— Huan Xiaopeng who is waiting for you to come back

Hello! We are very sorry that this stay did not satisfy you, and we feel deeply guilty about the problems in the quality of breakfast, hygiene, service attitude and management of common areas. We have provided immediate feedback to the F&B team and will immediately evaluate the type and taste of the meal and make adjustments based on the excellent standards of other Hampton hotels. For the problem of insufficient service awareness at the front desk and poor smoking control in the lobby, we have trained relevant staff, improved the lobby inspection mechanism, and clarified the management norms of non-smoking areas, so as to create a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests. Your feedback is an important opportunity for us to improve, and we sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to make up for this regret. If you would like to communicate further details, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to address and follow up on improvements. Thank you for your tolerance and correction, and look forward to providing you with high-quality services with a new look in the future!
