I went to Quang Ninh Bamboo Sea and stayed at the hotel for one night. I was very satisfied. The hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and dining downstairs. It has its own underground parking lot. The breakfast is very good.

Dear guest officer, thank you very much for your support to the hotel. We are still a little bit disappointed that we did not get your 5-point praise. It may be that the hotel still has something that is not in place. I hope you will come next time, guest officer If you can point out our shortcomings to us, we will try our best to do better, and we will serve with our heart, so that every customer who comes to the store can feel the warmth of home. I hope our service can bring you more surprises And touched, look forward to your next visit!

It’s a big hole. The air conditioner on the roof is like a bomber. The whole room is surrounded by the sound of 𠾐𠾐. I called the front desk and said that there is no way to do it. The only way to stop it is when the machine stops at a certain time. It was said that it was after 12 o'clock in the morning😡😡😡It was still noisy after 12 o'clock. I asked the floor attendant to change the room and said there was no room. After many negotiations, the hotel engineering staff finally turned off the air-conditioning equipment on the roof and finally quieted down.

Dear guest, I'm sorry to let you have an unpleasant stay experience. We said that we will change the room for you, but you said that the child will not change after sleeping. We want you to change rooms. Because quiet and noisy. Some people will not be noisy, and some people need to be very quiet to fall asleep. I'm sorry that turning on the heater made you fall asleep.
