I am very satisfied with a hotel with historical background. Although the facilities are a little old, I think it is acceptable and very warm. Maybe it is because there are many elements decorated in warm colors, which is like going home. All the service staff are in place, especially the young and handsome brother in the concierge who wears glasses. He is very good. Sorry for not remembering your name. It deserves an award. Excellent practitioners in the hotel industry! The service at the front desk is also very high-quality. Sitting check-in, handing over the room card documents, polite language, all are in place. The service of this hotel is better than that of many top five-star hotels. Be careful! It was around 26 degrees in the room, but they had a policy of no air-conditioners operating at this time of year.
The air-conditioner was recording the temperature.
Their solution was for us to open a window, but then the noise and pollution was a factor.
They eventually provided a stand-up fan which did not completely resolve the issue.
I have to assume this was being done as a cost saving exercise as the restaurant had air-conditioning.

The hotel is in the urban area, convenient to travel, the facilities are a bit old but clean and tidy, the supplies are standard, the fruit is delivered, the service is thoughtful and heart-warming, the lobby manager personally presses the elevator, and it is delivered to the door when it is delivered.
