Highly recommended

A new luxurious hotel, with spacious rooms, very modern and crisp amenities. Very courteous and helpful staff, though English was sometimes a problem. Special mention for the SPA. Very well equipped, with calming ambience, with excellent staff, very thoughtful and attentive. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, modern hotel with excellent spa and facilities

I had a business trip to Wuxi. I chose a Radisson Collection Hotel because of the brand reputation around the world.
The hotel is very modern and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of international and local cuisine.
The SPA Centre at this Radisson hotel was perfect too, reasonably priced, and the staff and treatments were excellent.
I would definitely stay again. The staff made my short stay in Wuxi very comfortable and memorable. I hope to be back soon.

Great stay and a very good Spa

Had a great stay and everything was excellent throughout. The hotel was comfortable, well-run, and ideal for my business trip. A special mention must go to the spa services, which were outstanding. The spa was exactly what I was looking for after long working days — relaxing, professional, and very reasonably priced. The treatments were excellent and a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on future trips to China.

It's pretty good.

The overall experience is still very good, stayed several times. It would be great if membership points could build up ...
Hot water comes out relatively slowly, especially in the basin where it takes a long time to put hot water out, too wasteful of water
