Clean and morden, but not the best location unless you need to take a train.
Besides, the swimming and gym are under renovation, not noticed in advance.
If your trip is for business, it might be a good choice.

We stayed in the Business Double Room for 2 nights. We really liked our room, it was clean, tidy and spacious. Great modern room with a nice view on the train station. Comfortable bed and pillows as well. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff! And the breakfast was also very versatile and good!
