Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service at Pullman Huai’an

It was a family stay for me and my mum. We received a very warm welcome from the reception team. The service was brilliant and everything was arranged very well.
As an Accor colleague from another property in Amsterdam, I truly recommend this Pullman hotel.
If you have a car, you can reach Huai’an city centre very quickly. Our room was on a high floor with a wonderful view, and the breakfast was truly amazing.
This is a highly recommended place to stay.

One of the best hotels I stayed at

One of the best hotels I have stayed in China. The room was spacious, bed big, closet big,and the amenities, excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Breakfast buffet was good with lots of options including bacon and sausages!!!!!

Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman.
The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb.
Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge.
It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!

Disappointed

If it weren't for the free room voucher, I would never stay in such a remote place. The hotel is so stingy that they try every means not to use the room voucher. The superior rooms are sold out, so if you want to stay there you can only pay extra to upgrade to executive room, otherwise they won't exchange it. Otherwise you can only make a reservation for tomorrow one day in advance according to the rules. Well, it's pretty good, but it's inconsistent. If you pay extra, you don't have to abide by the rules of the voucher, and if you don't pay extra, you don't deserve to stay. There are hundreds of guest rooms, but they are reluctant to give out an ordinary room on a higher floor. The lobby is like this. You can imagine how the hotel management can be good, and the owner is also unlucky.
