Special treat in Shenzhen!

Had a really nice stay at Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian for my birthday. They upgraded me to a Premier Twin, which was a lovely surprise, and room was spacious and comfortable. They also arranged a birthday cake for me. Small gesture but it meant a lot.
Special thanks to Sam Guo and Ivy in the Club Lounge. They were genuinely warm and helpful the whole time, made the stay feel extra special. Location is convenient with the mall right next door, and the views from the higher floors are great.
Would definitely stay again. Thanks again to the club lounge team!

Great experience. Recommended!

Great location, very close to the logistics hub.
Helpful staff, very polite front desk.
Spacious rooms unlike some new hotels which squeeze things. Great views, definitely recommended.

Friendly, nice Seaview, convenient location

The overall services and experiences here are excellent and pleasant.
We are on a family trip and either the front desk or Lounge staff are pretty friendly and helpful since we checked in. We got a compliment upgrade to a Seaview room. Although the weather is cloudy but the view from room is awesome. The nice lady in Lounge gifted game tokens to my kids and they enjoyed the game machines and swimming pool a lot during the stay.
The hotel is in a perfect location next to Yantian Harbour and shopping mall within steps distance.
I would highly recommend this hotel for both family and biz trip.
