Very good hotel

Hotel with large spaces, spacious and comfortable rooms; the hotel staff is very friendly. Inside the hotel, there are some shops with typical items from the country. Highly recommended.

Service thoughtful, attentive and considerate; convenient transportation; breakfast variety, rich; very good room arrangement, quiet, hygienic; beautiful environment; luxurious hotel decoration.

Very nice Hotel, good breakfast, great facilities and location. What might be useful is to increase language training so that international tourists (still scarce) can more easily interact with the very friendly staff.

One of the beset Shangri-la stays in a long while. The service of the staff was top-notch from the start. They were ethusiastic and welcoming. They would go above and beyond to get things done and were friendlly at all times. The best thing is they would figure things out ahead for you so you don't have to think. Truly impeccable service. The Chinese Restaurant is also superb — one of the best Chinese restaurants we've had, anywhere!

Service is warm and thoughtful.

From getting off the bus to welcome, check in, to the room every detail is thoughtful, stay two days happy mood, restaurant dishes are also in line with my taste, also has Qufu local characteristics. Please keep working hard at the hotel!
